The co-operative should be a social business platform for its members (clients, employees and partners) and set a good example.
 

Switzerland is an SME country with 99% SMEs; unfortunately, large corporations dictate the economy, so SMEs have to subordinate themselves.

The IB Suisse Cooperative was founded in 2016 and its growth was unimaginably high, which emphasised the demand and need for such a platform. Unfortunately, the social franchising idea could not be realised without investors and had to be discontinued due to a lack of liquid funds.

After around 7 years of experience and planning, Patrick Traber was able to find a way to set up such a platform with very little financial resources so that it would become a self-runner.

First step
The starting signal was given on 10 May 2024 with the Instagram profile "uniestro.community". Anyone who is interested should follow this page or contact Patrick Traber directly.

Second step
In July 2024, we began building the first pillar of our cooperative: Uniestro Community Vertrieb (UCV). In future, all of our clients' and partners' services and products will be marketed through our own sales organisation. This unique service provided by a commercial law firm makes it possible to increase the turnover of everyone involved. Everyone in the community - whether clients, employees of clients, partners or all Uniestraners - has the opportunity to become a distributor, participate in the UCV and build up a steady side income. The development of the CH-Leader
In addition, the community will have its own website containing a catalogue of services and products. All clients and partners can list their services and products here. UNIESTRO monitors quality and accepts complaints and suggestions for improvement. There is a closed area for UNIESTRO users (clients, employees, partners, distributors).

Third step
The foundation of the Uniestro Community Cooperative is planned for summer 2025 after Patrick Traber has completed his thesis. This thesis will be a very detailed business plan with various concepts. After its completion in summer 2025, the foundation will take place.
