Foreword
UNIESTRO is not a company, but a strong brand.

This brand stands for the bridge from traditional to contemporary advisory service providers with a very personal and individualised client service.

Traditional law firms are basically bossy, doctrinaire, impersonal, arrogant, not client (customer) friendly enough, lack good support, are very expensive and can only cover small areas.

The UNIESTRO brand stands for loyalty, longevity, security, personal, success, strong will, 100% commitment to our partners (clients), together we achieve our goals, we are law-abiding, respectful and the right hand in your life.

Origin / Origin (2016)
UNIESTRO has its origin in the franchising "IB SUISSE", as IB Suisse Verwaltung AG and IB Suisse Broker AG in 2016.

IB Suisse Administration (2016)
IB Suisse Verwaltung AG carried out all administrative work for the franchising licence partners (business consulting services) and was one of the three areas (cooperative, administration, shop) of franchising.

IB Suisse Broker (2017)
IB Suisse Broker AG was an insurance broker in franchising.

Dissolution of the franchising (2017)
Unfortunately, the investors cancelled the franchise despite the commitment.
The franchising had to be discontinued/dissolved due to a lack of liquid funds, regardless of the enormous growth and existing high demand.

Remnants of the franchising (2017)
The last IB Suisse companies to continue to generate sales were IB Suisse Verwaltung AG, IB Suisse Broker AG and IB Suisse Payment GmbH.
IB Suisse Payment GmbH.
These three companies secured the livelihoods of a few small private investors in the inner circle.

Launch of the management consultancy/administration consultant (2018)
IB Suisse Verwaltung AG developed subscription variants for natural and legal persons in the areas of administrative work, start-ups, fiduciary services and marketing. The consultants acted as administrative consultants, but were already management consultants at the time.

Bankruptcy of IB Suisse Payment (2019)
IB Suisse Payment GmbH was the first and only company (as of 06.2024) to go bankrupt under the name of Patrick Traber due to an error by the Swiss state or the courts.
There was a mix-up due to the more than 27 IB Suisse companies, IB Suisse Payment GmbH was wrongly operated, objections were made by Patrick Traber, but he had to do everything himself due to a lack of financial resources.
The relevant registered letter was never delivered and was returned to the Meilen District Court, which was also confirmed.
Unfortunately, there are many unnecessary laws and, above all, they work to the disadvantage of the Swiss people, i.e. all other registered letters were collected, but not this one, which is still deemed to have been delivered according to the law.
Patrick Traber didn't realise this at the time, he was abroad for a fortnight and bankruptcy proceedings were opened, so there was nothing he could do.
So a company under Patrick Traber's management was declared bankrupt because of an outstanding invoice of CHF 2,500 with a company profit of around CHF 250,000.
This was a wake-up call: on the one hand, the fire had to be changed (a new start) and, on the other hand, Patrick Traber did not want others to suffer the same fate.

Foundation of admify (2019)
Around a month after the bankruptcy proceedings were opened, the newly founded admify AG was put into operation and bought the business model from IB Suisse Verwaltung AG.
The admify AG stood for "administration for you".
Even then, the company invested directly in software solutions (its own application). It was to become an in-house CRM and later an ERP system.

Pandemic and the birth of UNIESTRO (2020)
In 2020, the pandemic hit and our entire existence was once again at stake.
For a brief moment, this was the end of founder Patrick Traber's self-employment, he was in the WK (military) and was forced to start a military career as a result of the pandemic. He passed all the tests to start as a forager, then quartermaster (captain) and transferred to the professional military.
At the same time, admify AG was reprogrammed from its own CRM/ERP system to a service platform under the management of Patrick Traber's business partners at the time.

However, Patrick Traber's existing clients still needed his help, so he continued to work for them, even though their entire existence was uncertain and he knew that many customers would probably never be able to pay their invoices.

So the then board members (and business partners of Patrick Traber) of MATRAG Mati und Traber AG (holding company) decided to put it into operation and rename it Uniestro AG in Winterthur (Zurich, Switzerland) (UNIESTRO was born).
An interesting detail was the purpose of the holding company, which was accidentally designed for business consulting, among other things, without intention.

Launch of UNIESTRO (2021)
On 1 January 2021, the time had finally come and Uniestro AG was launched as a management consultancy company.

Growth (2021/2022)
Growth was very good, with turnover doubling every year (already with IB Suisse Verwaltung AG and admify AG).
At the beginning of 2022, Uniestro AG had around 10 employees, with around 30 external experts, and a second office was established in Zurich (Zurich, Switzerland).
Due to dissatisfied partners on the part of Uniestro AG in the area of fiduciary services, all fiduciary services were handled internally.

Major clients / large sample (2022)
Patrick Traber was able to acquire a major client. All employees and partners of Uniestro AG had to be involved in this mandate, as it involved large figures and a great deal of effort.
Some business partners tried to poach the key account, conspiring with Patrick Traber's right-hand man and some Uniestro AG employees.
Patrick Traber realised this through diplomatic one-to-one discussions and loyal clients.

Tough decisions / consequences (2022)
Due to the massive disloyal misconduct, Patrick Traber had to make tough decisions and implement them consistently.
All employees were dismissed, some were made redundant, countless partnerships were dissolved and all clients were informed, who showed enormous understanding, among other things thanks to the transparency, offered their support and stood loyally behind the company and behind Patrick Traber.
The Winterthur office was also closed or merged with a business partner.

Blackmail and attempts at sabotage (2022 / 2023)
Patrick Traber wanted to build a family business, as family values are very important to him. This is still the case today; he sees his partners, employees and clients as his family.
One of Patrick Traber's great strengths is making tough decisions and implementing them consistently. So that after a final meeting, all contact is broken off. This behaviour is not well received by many. This was also the case with former employees and business partners.
Due to the high level of transparency, former employees (including family members) and business partners knew about each other and together tried to cause considerable damage to Uniestro AG and Patrick Traber, as well as the entire environment between 2022 and 2023, which they succeeded in doing.
The loss was around CHF 600,000, plus bad debt losses of around CHF 500,000 and a further bad debt loss of CHF 200,000 due to the pandemic.
The damage was so great that the sole shareholder Patrick Traber had only two options left: either bankruptcy and complete loss of Uniestro AG, dismissal of employees and major damage to clients, or the sale of the UNIESTRO brand, with a major personal financial loss for Patrick Traber.

Turning point (2023 / 2024)
As a result of this drama, all disloyal partners turned away from Uniestro AG and Patrick Traber, leaving only the loyal partners.
All clients and partners were always kept transparently informed and up to date.
A great opportunity arose, one of the oldest partners offered to buy the fire and carry out a merger.
Patrick Traber was no longer the sole shareholder, had to write off a lot of money, but was able to pursue his vision and massively expand his network.
In the end, the UNIESTRO brand was sold, Patrick Traber lost a lot of money and shares, but he did not have to dismiss his loyal employees and clients and was able to further develop his vision.

Launch of the current UNIESTRO (2024)
The official start of the new Uniestro AG was 1 January 2024 with the headquarters (strategic) in Baar (Zug, Switzerland) and a branch office in Zurich.
The Zurich location is also the main agency and main tax domicile of Uniestro AG.

UNIESTRO business idea (2024)
Hardly any company or idea/brand survives so many hurdles. UNIESTRO is one of the few to do so, is stronger than ever, is developing massively and is still showing great growth.
This was only possible with the right corporate strategy, demonstrating the value, the need and the spirit of the times.

Added value UNIESTRO (2024)
UNIESTRO has always been transparent, loyal and helpful to its clients, creating a unique partner relationship.
Through all the back and forth, an incredible and unique knowledge and fighting spirit was developed, according to the motto: "Where there's a will, there's a way".

This fire sale and the sale of shares was the best thing that could have happened and new opportunities arose.

The practical knowledge gained, the fighting spirit and the enormous will resulted in fantastic added value for all clients and partners of Uniestro AG. New services were created that are unique in this way in a commercial law firm.

Network (2024)
One of UNIESTRO's goals is to network all clients and partners in order to promote the exchange of knowledge and loyalty, as well as to provide joint support.

Uniestro Community Cooperative (i.Gr.) (2024)
The Community Cooperative was launched on 10 May 2024 with the Instagram profile "uniestro.community".
This was done deliberately using social media; UNIESTRO's target group is the millennials, Y and Z generations.
The cooperative is scheduled to be founded in summer 2025.
The Uniestro Community Genossenschaft (i.Gr.) is, among other things, a thank you from Patrick Traber to his loyal fellow human beings,
He was inspired by one of his role models, Gottlieb Duttweiler (1888-1962), to found Uniestro Community Genossenschaft (i.Gr.).
