At the age of 23, founder Patrick Traber was the youngest holding company founder to establish Trabergroup Holding AG and the youngest franchising founder to establish the franchising company "IB Suisse" and has been dealing with small and large company structures for over 11 years (as of 2024), his knowledge has mainly been developed/shaped by practical experience.

A holding and/or investment company has many advantages, it simplifies the tax aspects, it brings order and overview, risks can be minimised and, above all, the inheritance history can virtually rule out future financial disputes within the families. 

You may have heard the term "family office" a few times and associate it with rich family dynasties, but this is a very good tool even for assets of around CHF 3 million.

SERVICE PRICES

Most service prices are shown at an hourly rate of CHF 200 excluding VAT (CHF = Swiss franc).

We see our clients (customers) as partners, so we have adapted our marketing so that partners who provide us with 1 - 5 referrals per year receive a discount of CHF 50 per hour on almost all services with a CHF 200 hourly fee.

UNIESTRO works with around 50 external experts (fiduciary experts, tax experts, lawyers, auditors, notaries, etc...), these prices usually vary between CHF 200 and CHF 600 per hour, in such cases, we prepare a cost estimate for and together with our clients.

Some of our services are charged as a lump sum and/or per item, these are labelled accordingly.
