A person's blood distributes oxygen throughout the body, without blood a person cannot live.
Money is the blood of the company, without money the company cannot live, respectively without liquid/liquid means.

Especially in the initial phase, this is the biggest issue, as it determines the well-being of the company, the psyche of the managing director/owner and whether the idea, no matter how good it is, can be realised.
Money can solve 95% of all problems.
UNIESTRO itself had to learn this the hard way and that is why we can advise you in this matter through personal experience.

It is very important to us to be able to offer you a wide range of solutions. Some of these solutions are already available today, while the most comprehensive is expected to follow in 2025 through the Uniestro Community Cooperative (i.Gr.) with the "Financing Fund".

The financing fund enables UNIESTRO clients to make a large amount of liquid funds available within a few days or hours. Unlike many credit rating programmes or companies, which generally have an accuracy of one year (this was involuntarily tested by founder Patrick Traber, who is happy to provide information on this personally), we can check/confirm this to the day and to a certain extent even for the future.

How does it work?
From years of experience within UNIESTRO, we can say that in most cases we can assess/check the financial (actual) situation of a natural and/or legal person better and much more accurately than the person himself.

In addition, in the past we have successfully tested various variants in the 2-digit million range from loans to guarantees ourselves and have developed a security system that goes beyond the brokerage contract and thus gives investors an enormous amount of security. We would be happy to advise you personally for more information.

SERVICE PRICES

Most service prices are shown at an hourly rate of CHF 200 excluding VAT (CHF = Swiss franc).

We see our clients (customers) as partners, so we have adapted our marketing so that partners who provide us with 1 - 5 referrals per year receive a discount of CHF 50 per hour on almost all services with a CHF 200 hourly fee.

UNIESTRO works with around 50 external experts (fiduciary experts, tax experts, lawyers, auditors, notaries, etc...), these prices usually vary between CHF 200 and CHF 600 per hour, in such cases, we prepare a cost estimate for and together with our clients.

Some of our services are charged as a lump sum and/or per item, these are labelled accordingly.
