Coaching and controlling is a new corporate and fiduciary service developed by the founder of UNIESTRO
(Patrick Adrian Traber).

The entire service industry is changing and developing at a very rapid pace. Digitalisation and AI (artificial
AI (artificial intelligence) and the development of society, in particular client requirements, are playing a key role.
The trend is towards all work being digitalised, but client loyalty, i.e. personal support for clients, is increasing massively.

As a result of all the cost increases, digitalisation and the use of AI, clients can/want to do as much as possible themselves.

Coaching and controlling, or as we at Uniestraner call it C&C, is a bit tough for us financially in the short term. This is because we train our clients with our knowledge, either individually or the cheaper option in seminars. However, this means that we lose around 90 % of our turnover in the short term, but we gain loyal partners in the long term. 

There is a lot more to say about this, and we will be happy to present it in a personal meeting.

SERVICE PRICES

Most service prices are shown at an hourly rate of CHF 200 excluding VAT (CHF = Swiss franc).

We see our clients (customers) as partners, so we have adapted our marketing so that partners who provide us with 1 - 5 referrals per year receive a discount of CHF 50 per hour on almost all services with a CHF 200 hourly fee.

UNIESTRO works with around 50 external experts (fiduciary experts, tax experts, lawyers, auditors, notaries, etc...), these prices usually vary between CHF 200 and CHF 600 per hour, in such cases, we prepare a cost estimate for and together with our clients.

Some of our services are charged as a lump sum and/or per item, these are labelled accordingly.
